01Content Protection
Protect what
you create.
Photography, video, design and published writing take real money to make. When they turn up somewhere they shouldn’t, we document it and report it through the platform or host’s copyright process, with your approval.

AThe problem
What it
looks like.
Original work is copied faster than ever: product shoots reused by other sellers, campaign imagery in strangers’ ads, articles republished by scraper sites, video re-cut and re-uploaded.
Why it matters
Each copy dilutes what you paid for. It can push your own pages down in search, put your work next to brands you’d never choose, and make a licence you sold worth less to the client who bought it.
BWhat we do
What’s
covered.
For creative studios, photographers, publishers, agencies and brands with their own production.
- 01
Image and photography reporting
Your images reused on websites, marketplaces, print-on-demand stores or in ads.
- 02
Video reporting
Re-uploads, clips and compilations of your video on video and social platforms.
- 03
Copied web content
Articles, product descriptions and pages, reported to the site’s host when the site won’t respond.
- 04
Social platform copyright reports
Filed through each platform’s own intellectual property forms.
- 05
Search removal requests
Requests to search engines to delist links to copies of your work.
- 06
DMCA notice administration
For US-hosted sites, we prepare the notice from facts you confirm. You sign the required good-faith statements, and we submit it as your authorised agent where the platform allows.
- 07
Ownership records
Originals, publication dates and file details kept together, ready for every future report.
- 08
Repeat-use checks
Scheduled sweeps for the same work turning up again after a removal.

- A complaint drafted from facts you confirm, shown to you before filing
- Filing through the platform or host’s process
- Tracking until the platform responds, and a written case summary
Not included
- Deciding disputes about who owns a work
- Advice on whether a use is fair dealing or otherwise lawful
- Letters of demand or claims for licence fees
- Reports where you are not the owner or authorised agent
What we can’t guarantee. Each platform decides for itself whether to act on a report, and how quickly. We make sure your report is complete and accurate. We will never promise a removal, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any platform. If your situation needs legal advice, we’ll say so and point you to the right help.
Do we need to have registered our copyright?
In Australia, copyright applies automatically when a work is created, so there is nothing to register. Some US processes treat registration differently. If that matters for your case, we will tell you and suggest you speak with a lawyer.
What if the other side says they had permission?
Platforms often let the other side respond. If they say they have a licence or the right to use your work, it has become a dispute, and that is outside what we do. We close the case and give you the evidence record to take to a lawyer if you want to go further.
Can you get our content removed?
We make sure the platform receives a complete, accurate complaint. Whether to remove the content is the platform’s decision, and we will never tell you a removal is guaranteed.

Tell us what
you’ve found.
We review every request, check the evidence and authority, and quote a fixed fee before any work starts.
