03Questions
About fees.
Do you charge a percentage of anything recovered?
No. We don’t recover money and we don’t take commissions. You pay a fixed fee for the work.
What if the platform doesn’t remove it?
You pay for the work of documenting and reporting, not for the platform’s decision. If our report was missing something, we fix it and resubmit once at no charge. We never promise a removal.
What counts as one “item”?
One copied image, video, page, listing or account at one web address. Several copies of the same image on different listings count as separate items.
What happens to unused reports on a plan?
They don’t carry over. If you regularly need more, we’ll suggest the plan that fits, and never move you to it without asking.
Can we cancel?
One-off work can be cancelled before we file, with a refund for any work not yet done. Plans have a three-month minimum, then you can cancel with 30 days’ notice. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
