Digital protection.
Human judgement.

MethodOur approach

Every case follows the same path, and you can see where it is at every step. Nothing is filed until the evidence has been checked and you have approved the complaint.

01Principles

Three things we
won’t compromise on.

01

Accuracy before speed

A report built on the wrong facts can harm an innocent seller and backfire on the person who filed it. We would rather be right than first.

02

People, not automation

Tools help us search. A person reviews every match, every piece of evidence and every complaint before anything is sent.

03

Honest about limits

Platforms make the final decision. We don’t promise removals, and we don’t give legal advice. When a case needs a lawyer, we say so.

02Step by step

Your request,
from start to close.

  1. Tell us

Choose the problem, share the links and upload what you have. About ten minutes.

  2. Review & verify

A person checks the evidence, and confirms identity, rights and authority. We aim to reply within two business days.

  3. Quote

You receive a fixed price. Nothing is charged until you accept it.

  4. Approve & file

You see the exact complaint and confirm its facts. We file it through the platform’s own process.

  5. Track & close

We follow up, record the platform’s response and close the case with a summary.

On a managed plan, verification and authority are completed once at setup, and reports are filed within your monthly allowance under a standing authority.

03Safeguards

Checks that are
never optional.

Filing a false or careless complaint can hurt someone else. These checks apply to every case, including those on a plan.

  • Your identity is verified before we act for you
  • You sign a written authority covering what we may report
  • We check you own the rights, or hold written permission from whoever does
  • You confirm in writing that the use is unauthorised. We don’t judge whether something infringes in law.
  • Evidence is captured and kept before any report is made
  • A person reviews every complaint. Nothing is generated and sent automatically.
  • Complaints contain only facts you have confirmed
  • We never claim to be partners of, or approved by, any platform
  • Disputed ownership and legal questions are referred, not guessed at

04Where we report

Through each
platform’s own
process.

We use the public reporting channels each platform provides to rights holders and their authorised agents. We have no special access, partnership or endorsement from any of them.

  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • TikTok
  • YouTube
  • LinkedIn
  • X
  • Amazon
  • eBay
  • Etsy
  • Shopify stores
  • Google Search
  • Website hosts & registrars

Names are used only to identify where a report is filed. Availability of each process depends on the platform and the rights you hold.

05When platforms say no

What happens if a
report doesn’t succeed.

Declined or no action

  • We check whether anything was missing and, if so, resubmit once at no charge
  • If the platform still declines, the case closes as “Closed without removal”
  • You keep the full evidence record

Counter-notice or dispute

  • Once ownership is disputed, it’s a legal question and outside our scope
  • We pause the case and mark it “Referred for specialist review”
  • We give you the evidence pack to take to a lawyer of your choice

Ready when
you are.

Start with the problem in front of you. We’ll take it from there.
