02Brand Protection

Protect the brand
you’ve built.

Your name, logo and products took years to establish. When someone fakes them, we find it, document it and report it through each platform’s brand and trade mark processes.

AThe problem

What it
looks like.

Counterfeit listings, lookalike websites, fake business pages and ads that borrow your logo. They tend to appear wherever your customers already shop and search.

Why it matters

A customer who buys a fake or pays a scam page experiences it as your brand letting them down. The cost shows up later, in refunds, support time, reviews and lost repeat business.

EQuestions

Before you

Fees and plans

Do we need a registered trade mark?

For many marketplace and platform trade mark programs, yes. Some still accept reports about copied photos or descriptions under copyright instead. We’ll check what you hold and tell you which processes are open to you. For registration itself, speak with a registered trade marks attorney.

Can you shut down a scam website?

We can report it to the host, the domain registrar and browser safety services, with the evidence they need. Each of them decides what to do. If customers have lost money, they should also report it to Scamwatch and, where relevant, ReportCyber.

Do you contact the seller?

No. We work through platform reporting processes only. Contacting or negotiating with the other side is a matter for you or your lawyer.

Tell us what
you’ve found.

We review every request, check the evidence and authority, and quote a fixed fee before any work starts.
